Terms of Service
Welcome to Creatica. These terms apply to your use of creatica.ca and purchases of digital products from Creatica, a store operated in Québec, Canada.
1. Digital products only
We offer downloadable PDF crochet patterns, not finished crocheted items or physical kits. Each product page identifies the pattern, included file formats, available languages and any relevant requirements. Many patterns are provided in seven languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. Availability may vary by product; consult each product listing. English editions use US crochet terminology unless otherwise stated.
2. Patterns and results
Pattern instructions are intended to support handmade projects. Results vary with gauge, tension, yarn, hook size and individual technique. Review product details before purchase.
3. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices and the purchase currency are displayed in the checkout. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated and disclosed at checkout. Verify your order information before placing an order. Payment services and digital delivery may be provided through Shopify and its service partners.
4. Delivery and support
After successful payment for a listed downloadable product, access is supplied electronically through our digital-delivery service. There is no physical shipping. For a download problem, email contact@creatica.com with your order number. Read the Digital Delivery Policy.
5. Intellectual property
A purchased pattern grants only the limited licence described in our Crochet Pattern Licence. You may not sell, redistribute, share, upload, or claim ownership of the PDF or its instructions. Ownership of copyright does not transfer with a purchase.
6. Returns, remedies and legal protections
Digital sales are generally final for change of mind after delivery, subject to our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights for deficient or undelivered products. No provision permits us to avoid obligations imposed by consumer law.
7. Proper use of the site
Do not interfere with the store, access it unlawfully, misuse payments or download services, or infringe other people's rights. We may take steps permitted by law to address fraud, unauthorized access or abuse.
8. Privacy
Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and applicable Shopify privacy notices.
9. Contact and governing rules
Contact us using our Contact page. Laws applicable to a particular transaction, including mandatory rules in the consumer's jurisdiction, continue to apply regardless of these terms.
