How will I get my pattern?
After payment for a published pattern, the order is handled by our Shopify digital-delivery service and a PDF download link or instructions will be provided. Check your order confirmation and inbox. For issues, contact us with the order number.
What language and crochet terms do you use?
Our current crochet PDF patterns are available in 7 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. Review the product page and the terminology notes inside your PDF before starting.
Are your patterns suitable for beginners?
Difficulty varies by project. Please review the materials, techniques and description on each product page before purchasing. New crocheters can also read our beginner crochet guide.
Do I need special software?
Most modern phones, tablets and computers can open PDF files with a PDF reader. You may print a copy for personal reference.
Do you offer refunds?
Downloaded digital files are generally final sales for change of mind. If you cannot access the file, received an incorrect or damaged file, or another mandatory legal right applies, please contact us. See our Refund Policy.
Can I sell the handmade projects I crochet?
Small-quantity sales of physical items personally handmade from an original Creatica pattern are generally permitted under our standard Crochet Pattern Licence, unless a product-specific licence states otherwise. You may not resell the PDF itself or its instructions.
Do you sell finished toys or kits?
No. Creatica currently focuses on downloadable crochet instructions only.
