Digital Delivery Policy — No Shipping
Creatica offers downloadable crochet PDF patterns in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. No physical item is included or shipped. You do not receive a crocheted toy, bag, printed booklet, yarn, hooks, stuffing, or kit.
Delivery of digital files
After successful payment for a published product, the Shopify digital-delivery service provides an electronic download link, usually in your order confirmation and/or by email. The product description states the file format and contents. Access can depend on the digital-delivery provider and your device.
Compatible devices
PDF files can usually be opened using a PDF reader on a modern phone, tablet or computer and may be printed for personal use. Check individual listings for specific language, terms and instructions. Check the language-specific notes and crochet stitch abbreviations in your selected guide before starting.
Need help with your download?
Check the email entered at checkout and your junk/spam folder. If the link is missing, fails, or supplies the wrong file, email contact@creatica.com with your order number. We will help resolve the issue or provide any applicable legal remedy.
Delivery charges
Digital-only PDF products have no physical shipping charge, tracking number or postal delivery.
