Digital Crochet Patterns — Refund Policy
Creatica sells downloadable crochet-pattern PDF files. We do not ship finished crocheted toys, printed patterns, yarn or kits.
Digital downloads are generally final sales
Because files can be accessed, copied and saved after delivery, digital-pattern purchases are generally final and non-refundable for change of mind after access has been supplied. We do not accept physical returns or exchanges of downloadable files. Please review the pattern description, language, required skills and file format before purchase.
Missing, defective or incorrect files
If your download is unavailable, damaged, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from its description, email contact@creatica.com and include your order number and a brief description of the problem. We will investigate, assist with delivery or a corrected file, and provide any remedy required by law, including a refund where appropriate.
Duplicate orders
If you accidentally buy the same product twice, contact us promptly so we can review the transactions.
Approved refunds
Any approved refund is issued to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your financial institution and applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer protection, statutory cancellation right, or remedy for non-delivery, nonconforming products, or defects under applicable law. Your rights may vary by jurisdiction.
